This Policy governs Omanero's invitation (referral) program. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and the Cashback and Payments Policy.
1. How it works
Each user has a personal invitation link. When someone registers through that link and generates valid cashback, the inviting user ("referrer") may receive a percentage of that cashback as a referral reward. The program is single-level: there are no multi-level structures or rewards for the activity of people outside your direct invitation.
2. Promotional nature
Referral rewards are promotional, provisional and voluntary, on the same terms as general cashback. They are only enforceable after final validation and depend on the referred user's cashback being confirmed and not reversed.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Self-referral or creating additional accounts to obtain rewards.
- Inviting via spam, impersonation, misleading ads or unauthorised use of the Omanero brand.
- Promising benefits on Omanero's behalf or making statements Omanero has not authorised.
- Any manipulation of the referral attribution system.
4. Verification and cancellation
Omanero may review, withhold, adjust or cancel referral rewards where it detects prohibited conduct, artificial links between accounts or Partner incidents. Rewards obtained irregularly will be voided.
5. Program modification
Omanero may modify, suspend or cancel the referral program, its percentage and its conditions at any time, without any right to compensation, honouring rewards already validated and enforceable.
6. Taxation
The referrer is responsible for any tax obligations arising from the rewards they receive.
