This Policy governs how cashback works at Omanero and the conditions for paying rewards. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and prevails over any promotional information in the event of conflict.

1. Nature of cashback

Cashback is a promotional, voluntary reward consisting of returning to the user part of the affiliate commission Omanero receives from a Partner for the user's activity. It is not an unconditional payment obligation or a guaranteed credit right; it is subject to the conditions described here.

2. Provisional nature of amounts

All cashback amounts shown on the platform (accrued, pending, estimated or "confirmed") are provisional and indicative until finally validated by Omanero. An amount is only enforceable once validated, having passed applicable checks and been effectively settled.

3. Dependence on third-party information

Cashback calculation depends on information Partners report to Omanero (volumes, fees, activity attribution, settlement periods). Omanero does not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of that information. If a Partner fails to report, reports in error, reverses a commission, applies chargebacks or changes its conditions, the corresponding cashback may not be generated, may be recalculated or cancelled.

4. Review, verification and adjustments

Omanero may carry out manual reviews and anti-fraud checks before or after confirming any amount, and may withhold, adjust, recalculate or cancel cashback where it detects errors, Partner incidents, irregular activity or breach of the policies. Rewards obtained irregularly may be voided and, where applicable, offset against future balances.

5. Minimums, currency and payment method

  • Minimum payout: $20 equivalent (Omanero may change this threshold).
  • Holding period: cashback may be held for a reasonable period after confirmation to cover possible Partner reversals.
  • Direct-payout model (no custody): Omanero does not hold user balances indefinitely; validated cashback is paid in the established cycles.
  • Methods: USDT, bank transfer (SEPA) or others enabled. The user is responsible for providing correct payout details; Omanero is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect data.

6. Timeframes

Confirmation and payment timeframes are indicative and depend on each Partner's settlement cycles. Omanero does not guarantee a specific payment date.

7. Existing accounts and eligibility

Cashback eligibility depends on each Partner. In some cases it only applies to new sign-ups via the Omanero link; in others, linking existing accounts is allowed. Activity prior to connecting with Omanero does not generate cashback.

8. Taxation

The user is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards received under their jurisdiction. Omanero does not provide tax advice.

9. Program modification or cancellation

Omanero reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit or cancel the cashback program, its percentages, its Partners and its conditions at any time, in whole or in part, without any right to compensation. Amounts already validated and enforceable before the change will be honoured.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omanero's liability regarding cashback is limited to the amount actually validated and pending payment. Omanero is not liable for cashback not generated due to causes attributable to Partners, third parties or circumstances beyond its control.
